Vietnam Town Parking Structure

Design and construction of a 167,000 SF cast-in-place parking structure for a multi-phase development spanning 6 acres. The four-level, 517 stall facility includes 65 short-term and 65 long-term bicycle spaces. We self-performed the vertical and horizontal formwork, as well as embeds and layout. Coordination with adjacent construction projects that the owner had underway at the retail site was required.
