Santana Row Parcel 3B Expansion

Project Details

Design and construction of a major addition to an existing, operational three-level garage at a mixed use property. The 290,000 SF cast-in-place parking structure expansion provides an additional 860 stalls and increases the total structure to 713,500 SF. The project was located in a dense residential and commercial district on a major thoroughfare. Overaa scheduled the project to maintain parking 24/7 for the holiday period.
