Mechanics Bank Tenant Improvements

Project Details

Major renovation of a three-story occupied administrative headquarters. Phase 1 included interior improvements to the existing approximately 50,000 SF main building. Additional phases included the addition of an atrium to this building, renovation of another existing building, and erecting a third building. Scope covered major structural upgrades and interior finishes (including HVAC, electrical, fire systems), plus casework, acoustical ceilings, flooring, and audio visual and security systems. We coordinated with the owner’s subcontractors and suppliers to carefully develop a schedule that would minimize impacts to occupants. Work hours were adjusted so that disruptive work was performed after hours and to keep business fully operational during business hours.
