As general contractors, we bid or negotiate a dozen or more potential projects each month. A significant percentage of our work is design-build, and we engage in a variety of projects.

How to Get on the Bid List
If you would like to be added to our bidder’s list and be notified of upcoming bidding opportunities, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the Prequalification Form. You can also find us on Building Connected.
Bidders will be required to execute Overaa’s standard Overaa Subcontract, or Purchase Order Agreement. Subcontractors on Federal projects will also be required to sign and comply with Overaa Subcontract Addendum B.

We encourage bids from all Subcontractors/Suppliers including DVBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE bidders. We are an equal opportunity employer. We encourage contracting with a group of DBEs when a contract is too large for one firm to handle individually. We offer to assist with bonding, credit, and insurance. Subcontractors will be required to sign either the Overaa Standard Subcontract Agreement or the Overaa Purchase Order Agreement, which includes the right for Overaa to require Subcontractors to furnish a faithful performance and labor bond, in a form and from a surety acceptable to Overaa, in the amount of 100% of the Subcontract price. Subcontractors on federal projects will additionally be required to sign and comply with Overaa Subcontract Addendum B which provides for affirmative action to ensure equal opportunity employment. Subcontractors will be required to comply with all subcontract insurance requirements, which includes providing a waiver of subrogation endorsement to their workers compensation insurance. Overaa utilizes the environmentally-friendly Textura electronic invoicing and payment system to streamline and expedite subcontractor invoicing and payment. Service fees charged by Textura for processing of electronic payments to Subcontractor shall be the responsibility of Subcontractor. Please contact our office if you would like more information. Department of Industrial Relations (DIR):
Registration with the California Department of Industrial Relations: In accordance with California Labor Code Article 1725.5, Contractor and all subcontractors are required to be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) in order to bid or be listed on a bid and/or work on a public works project.
