Parking structures are in Overaa’s DNA. In the 1960s, we became the first contractor in the Bay Area to design-build a parking structure. Since then, we have helped pioneer a more streamlined approach to parking structure delivery and have built more structures than most of our competitors. We know prefab concrete, cast-in-place concrete, integrated parking systems, and forward-looking layout strategies that position structures for future adaptive reuse. By partnering with top designers and specialty subcontractors, we help clients minimize cost per stall and maximize the value of their investment.
