University of California, San Francisco – Mission Bay Building 23B Parking Structure

Project Details

Design and construction of a 256,276 SF pre-cast hybrid parking structure in Mission Bay, a very congested area of San Francisco. The facility includes 882 parking stalls on nine-levels with two elevators. The exterior features DNA bar-code style custom glass cladding. Overaa self-performed the vertical poured-in place concrete and foundations. The project was awarded Excellence in Architecture by American Institute of Architects.
