Tilt-up construction of a Class A, 155,000 SF industrial warehouse building with a 5,000 SF second floor mezzanine. Scope covered demolition of the existing 158,000 SF warehouse. We crushed and reused all of the concrete footings, tilt-up panels, and asphalt pavement to make class 2 AB material for use under pavement and site work. This meant no export of demolished concrete or asphalt, and no import of materials were required for the new construction. Overaa self-performed the concrete scope including footings, slabs, and 80 tilt-up panels for the new building. Our crew fabricated and tilted-up all panels in a total of four and a half months. Additional scope covered: 145 parking stalls, bioretention basins, retaining walls, water quality swales, landscaping, open space, offsite and onsite improvements including traffic signal modifications.
