Design and construction of the LEED Silver City Hall to replace its existing facilities. The new building houses all City Hall operations including office and administration needs, with Council chambers for public meetings. Scope covered a commercial kitchen, community rooms, and sitework (earthwork, utilities, asphalt paved parking lots, site concrete and landscaping). Utilizing the cast on-site concrete panel method, Overaa self-perform group built 29 eight-inch concrete perimeter panels then moved the panels into place over the course of two days. The largest of the panels weighed 93,400 lbs. The project won a 2021 Achievement Award from the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA).
