Jefferson Elementary School District Workforce Housing

This 50,600 SF design-build development provides 56 affordable units in a variety of sizes for district teachers, staff and their families. The complex was built on the MP Brown Elementary School site in Daly City, CA using 118 modular, prefabricated units. In addition to the three- and four-story residential buildings, a site-built community building serves as a hub for gatherings, laundry, and meetings. Scope also covered adjacent gardening space, play area, mail kiosk, and additional site development.
