Dormitories A, B and C are student residence halls at the St. Mary’s College campus. Each building is two stories, constructed of type V wood framing with concrete block exterior walls on the first level. The exterior of the student housing matches the distinct Spanish architecture on campus: classic white lath and plaster and red Spanish tile roofing. Each 25,000 sf bulding includes approximately 96 beds within 68 rooms arranged in 4 room suites mixed with single and double rooms. Overaa has constructed a total of five dormitories on the campus. Each project was constructed within an operating university campus, necessitating careful scheduling and logistical planning.
