Project Details

New construction of a wood framed, four-story, 42-unit affordable housing development in Richmond, CA. The 60,212 SF development features: 12 one-bedroom, 17 two-bedroom and 13 three-bedroom apartments, 20-stall podium parking, plus an additional parking lot. Amenities include: a community room with flexible space for a computer lab, a large multi-purpose room programmed for a variety of family, health/wellness, and career development activities, and a communal garden for urban gardening activities. Overaa self-performed the concrete foundations and concrete podium decks. The project was partially funded by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Contra Costa County to fill the housing need for low income residents.
