Jefferson Elementary School District Workforce Housing

50,600 SF design-build development that will provide 56 affordable units in a variety of sizes for district teachers, staff and their families. The complex is being built on the MP Brown Elementary School site in Daly City, CA using 118 modular, prefabricated units. In addition to the three- and four-story residential buildings, a site-built community building will serve as a hub for gatherings, laundry, and meetings. Scope also covers adjacent gardening space, play area, mail kiosk, and additional site development.
