Leadership Public School, Hayward

Design and construction of a new, two-story charter school campus.  A portion of the existing facilities will be renovated to update outdated building systems, make the buildings more environmentally sustainable, and improve security and access.  The new construction portion of the project will include six new classrooms and replacing portions of the existing facilities to be demolished.
