Orinda Intermediate School Student Services Building

The phased lease-leaseback project includes the demolition the of the existing 10’s wing and preconstruction and construction services for the new 6,395 SF Student Services Building in its place. The Student Services Building will house administration, counselors, and a wellness center. The scope of work also includes the construction of a covered walkway, and sitework improvements consisting of utilities, path of travel upgrades, and an accessible parking lot
