Carquinez Middle School

Preconstruction and construction services for the replacement campus project on the same site as the fully active middle school campus. The new school includes a 47,181 SF, three-story building featuring cafeteria and kitchen, admin offices, library, 15 classrooms, and gym with auditorium. Scope also included associated site work plus demolition of the existing buildings with a new sports field built in its place.
