Our work at Carondelet High School in Concord involved construction of a 16,100 sf cafeteria and the partial demolition and remodeling of 8,000 sf of laboratory classrooms, two bathrooms, and a teachers’ preparation room. Overaa also constructed the design-build parking structure/tennis facility at the campus.
