Occupied campus project, construction of a modern new school plus renovation/addition to one existing building. 88,000 SF of new construction covered six new, two-story buildings. This included: a library, state-of-the-art performing arts space, administration building, classrooms, covered walkways, gymnasium, commercial kitchen, and solar panel system. Classrooms are designed to support collaborative learning in all studies: science, industrial technology, computer, music, choir, and broadcast studio. The second phase encompassed demolition of the existing school and construction of a new synthetic turf sports field and recreation areas in its place. Sitework and landscaping across the 9-acre campus was also provided. The project is CHPS verified.
