The West County Behavioral Health Center at 13585 San Pablo Ave. is a 20,700 SF expansion design/build project. Situated next door to the existing West County Health Center, the Behavioral Health clinics will serve approximately 2,300 adults and 400 children annually.
The two story, LEED Silver project provides 50-plus patient care and therapy rooms for integrated mental health and substance abuse treatment in nine languages.
Design features tie the building to the existing West County Health Center with a drop-off area and accessible parking stalls. Improvements include a standalone structure with a covered walkway to the existing WCHC, a shared outdoor courtyard with WCHC, and new service yard for trash/recycling containers and mechanical equipment. This is an OSHPD 3 project.
