Interior renovation and expansion of an outpatient primary care clinic. Precautions were taken due to the second-floor location and required coordination with the adjacent clinics to avoid any disruption. Construction included additional exam rooms, restrooms, break room, an expanded waiting room area, and associated support spaces. Scope also covered the demolition of existing interior walls, and the construction of new walls, ceilings, and flooring. Painting, lighting, and MEP work also provided. Self performed work included concrete, doors, frames and hardware.
