Windsor UV Disinfection Facility Improvements

Replacement of an existing Aqua Aerobic UV system with a new Trojan UVSigna 2-Row system which provided greater process amounts to 6-7 MGD, and allowed for greater flexibility when running both channels at once or for use of a single channel regarding the reliability of the new system.  The project also included new electrical services for Trojan control systems, and tie-ins into existing PG&E power adjacent to the UV building.  A new wind wall was also installed allowing for operator work stations, and additional storage of UV systems spare parts
