Construction of a 30,000 SF concrete tilt up worship center, a 14,000 SF wood framed preschool and daycare, and a classrooms building. Scope also covered extensive site work across the 22 acre campus, including concrete water fountains, a large patio area, and 600+ parking stalls. A year of preconstruction efforts provided significant savings to the Owner.
