Mount Diablo Region YMCA Expansion

This project consisted of two new wood frame buildings totaling 14,600 sf, and a 6,600 sf building remodel. To minimize disruption to users, the project was broken into three phases: administration and aerobic building and equipment room; locker building and pool deck work; and remodeling the existing structure. The facility remained in full use throughout construction.
