Unity Park

Unity Park is a large community park project that spans several city blocks and was collaboratively designed by Richmond community members. Seventeen community groups contributed their project ideas into design and have been actively involved in aspects of design and construction. This community park project will provide a much more useable and aesthetically pleasing space for the community. As a Richmond community member and general contractor, Overaa’s role is to ensure that the construction costs stay on budget throughout the development of project throughout the design and construction phases.
