A facility which produces Title 22 water to feed 2 power plants in the area – Los Medanos Energy Center and Delta Energy Center. The facility consists of seven structures including an influent pump station, a chemical storage facility, a clarifier, a state-of-the-art filter structure, a million gallon chlorine basin with two trains, an electrical building, and a recycled water pump station. Overaa’s scope of work included concrete slab-on-grades, walls and decks, paving and grading, fencing, site work, aluminum handrail, masonry, painting, waterproofing, miscellaneous metals and FRP, HVAC, mechanical and electrical. The facility required an extremely fast track schedule to be completed in 9 months due to an urgent need to supply recycled water to a new power plant.
