Construction of new building additions, foundations, and structural elements in containment areas for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility on 2.5 acre site. Scope covered large concrete pours and various projects at three buildings. Overaa completed two continuous concrete pours two weeks apart totaling 6,500 CY of concrete with 90 cement trucks and five concrete pumps. This involved 86 concrete piers (eight-feet square) and 2.5M pounds of rebar for a three-foot-thick piece of concrete, in the middle of winter. Grade beams utilized.
