Roosevelt Middle School Modernization

Preconstruction and construction services for the modernization of the main classroom building and structural upgrade to the theater to meet current safety guidelines, as well as general improvements to the learning spaces throughout the building. Scope also includes Interim Housing fit out and site utilities, as well as site prep work for the permanent Modular Science & Restroom Buildings including earthwork and concrete foundation, fit out and site utilities.
