The project's original LEED goal was Gold. Starting soon after the slab pours, weekly LEED meetings were held with District, design team, third party commissioning agent, and Overaa to start reviewing the LEED goals. Through these weekly meetings we were able to maximize our goals and points resulting in raising our certification to LEED Platinum.
