Located on Highway 4, west of the Bailey Road interchange. The station Includes a pedestrian bridge, which spans an active freeway. The bridge sits on twin-pier pedestals over the freeway median and links the parking area to the station.
Overaa constructed the station with 1.5 million pounds of structural steel using weekend and night-time crews. All elements were set without error. Overaa field checked all anchor bolts and survey points.
- Bus Shelter, Station Entrance Building, Pedestrian Overpass, Station Concourse, and associated Station Appurtenances
- Kiosk, Transportation Building, 2000 car parking lot and driveways, Train Yard, and all other transit facility systems
- Work included permanent fences and gates, temporary fences and barricades, site preparation, and traffic control
- All systems to support the BART station were installed (sanitary sewage, site drainange, utililty structure, MEP systems, etc.)
