Tenant improvements and new construction to San Francisco International Airport’s (SFO) West Field and North Field Cargo buildings. This included renovations to 40,000 SF of office space and warehouse space. Scope covered Ground Service Equipment (GSE), maintenance, office, and client service spaces to relocate Airport Commission leasing tenants, such as third-party airline service providers. Construction took place in an occupied area of SFO and involved multiple building programs with critical tenant occupancy. We phased construction activities to allow sequential occupancy as early as available while minimizing impacts to the operational areas.
