AC Transit Bus Yard, Maintenance Shop & Office

Design and construction of a new 172 bus operating division. The site remained functional throughout construction. The new division features a fueling facility, underground tank farm, bus washer, bus maintenance areas, storage areas, offices, driver dispatch and waiting areas, and employee parking. Scope also covered the demolition of existing structures and removal of underground tanks, modification of existing onsite city-owned utilities and existing paving, furnishment of specialized equipment, and clean-up.
