New 105,500 SF critical facility for a leading multinational energy corporation’s refinery. The high performance facility is a combination of pre-engineered metal building shell along with custom structural elements and foundation support systems. It features shop spaces and offices to accommodate the entire refinery’s fabrication, repair, and maintenance needs in-house. This includes 40,000 SF dedicated to offices, locker rooms, conference rooms and support spaces. 65,000 SF is dedicated space for machine, boiler, instrumentation and electrical shops, plus a central tool room.
