Project Details

Currently in construction, this project involves the design and construction of the new cutting-edge facility designed to elevate Alameda County firefighter and first responder training. The project includes an 8,000 SF classroom building with classrooms, exercise centers, offices, and storage space. Scope also includes a 5,500 SF 5-story training tower for live-fire training that features multiple roof simulation props for targeted training exercises, as well as confined space and rescue training areas to replicate complex emergency scenarios. Site improvements include new parking lot, paving to meet facility needs, landscaping, infrastructure, and public art. The project is pursuing LEED Gold Certification.
