Bosch Semi Conductor Facility Foundations & Campus Improvements

Currently under construction, this project modernizes and structurally retrofits an existing semiconductor manufacturing campus, including renovations to approximately 100,000 SF of clean manufacturing space. Work prepares the facility for improved manufacturing processes through upgraded support utilities, specialty gas systems, and specialty chemical systems.

Additional scope includes foundation and slab-on-grade upgrades within the Energy Center; selective demolition; new equipment pads, pits, and sumps; steel stairs; coatings; doors and hardware; signage; and site concrete improvements.
