Improvements designed to increase capacity of an existing wastewater treatment plant to 17 MGD. New facilities included headworks, influent sewer, blower buildings, aeration basins, secondary clarifier and odor control. Challenges included the renovation and addition to 75% of the operational facility without limiting ongoing plant capacity.
