Ben has been with Overaa for over 20 years, specializing in water infrastructure project delivery for municipal clients. His collaborative approach to problem-solving and strong technical capabilities have helped him lead some of Overaa’s most challenging and complex projects.
Since joining Overaa, Ben has been involved in projects that have cumulatively delivered 400+ Million Gallons Daily (MGD) of water to California residents. This includes projects for Contra Costa County and the cities of Atwater, Livermore, Hollister, Tracy, Dublin, and San Ramon.
Over the course of his career, Ben has managed some of California’s biggest water projects, including the Sacramento River Water Treatment Plants Project and the Sunnyvale Pretreatment Facility Upgrades. His past experience in project engineering, field engineering, quality control engineering, and project management on various levels serve as the foundation for his deep knowledge and expertise.
