Ocean View Elementary School Re-Build
Design and construction of a new 53,000 SF net-zero ready campus. Joint use and shared community spaces guided the design principles of the project. Scope included a two-story building for grades 1-5, TK-K buildings, plus the modernization of the multi-purpose room and attached classrooms. Our crew self-performed the concrete and wood framing.
Richmond Distribution Center
A 110,000 SF distribution and logistics center building. The concrete tilt-up facility includes several bays at the rear and side of the building for large trucks. Overaa’s scope of work included several lot line adjustments, ground improvements, landscaping, extensive parking and off-site roadway and drainage improvements.
