A 110,000 SF distribution and logistics center building. The concrete tilt-up facility includes several bays at the rear and side of the building for large trucks. Overaa’s scope of work included several lot line adjustments, ground improvements, landscaping, extensive parking and off-site roadway and drainage improvements.
