Colby joined Overaa in 1996 as project engineer and has gone on to deliver signature projects while cultivating long-term client relationships.
Colby uses his background in both architecture and construction management to fuse concepts of design with constructability while maintaining a sensitivity to quality and cost. He has a keen eye for honing in on small changes that can improve operational efficiencies to affect sustainability and productivity outcomes.
Colby is a true leader, partner, and innovator – both on projects and in the office. As a 4th generation member of the Overaa family, his passion for the built environment runs deep. When he’s not running marathons, Colby’s four kids keep him on his toes.
