Hazel Hawkins Women’s Center Mammogram Department Upgrades

Tenant improvement project involving rehabilitation work and upgrades to a mammogram department. Construction occurred on the second floor above an existing surgeries suite and a labor/delivery center. We carefully sequenced construction activities to minimize disruption to patients and staff. Scope covered demolition, structural and HVAC improvements, finish carpentry and cabinetry, and interior finishes.
Sufism Reoriented Sanctuary

Preconstruction and construction services for the 66,074 SF sanctuary designed by the renowned architectural firm of Philip Johnson/Alan Ritchie. The sacred design includes marble clad concrete domes surrounded by contemplative gardens. New cast-in-place parking structure on a occupied college campus. Scope covered demolition and construction of a new five-level, 300,000 SF parking facility complete with 905 stalls, plus a pedestrian sidewalk and turnaround that connects the structure to the campus. Los Esteros Power Plant

Concrete foundation work, plus underground utility and sitework, for a power plant expansion. Overaa placed a total of 4,050 CY of concrete on this project. For a cooling tower basin slab, 270 CY of concrete was placed at a pace of 60 CY per hour using 27 concrete trucks.
Mission Substation

Construction of concrete foundations and concrete pads for a 44 kilowatt electrical substation. Scope included concrete walls, fencing, landscaping, site concrete, AC paving, and high voltage electrical. Self-performed work included all footings and bolt patterns.
