This design-build project, currently in preconstruction, consists of the new ~7,412 SF, two-story, wood-framed fire station in downtown Brentwood, CA. The new station will feature a full brick façade and houses an apparatus bay, living quarters and dorm rooms, offices, day room, dining room, kitchen & pantry, exercise room and support spaces.
