Alameda Civic Center Parking Structure
Design and construction of a six-level, 350 stall parking garage. The new facility features two elevators, two stair towers, and an exterior skin comprised of plaster/metal/concrete/foam shapes/CMU. It is adjacent to a historic theatre built in 1932 that Overaa restored, as well as a new cineplex.
