Ocean View Elementary School Reaches Milestone

Albany’s Ocean View Elementary School reached a milestone last week when the last prefabricated wall panel was hoisted into place. By prefabricating the wall panels on site, the team shaved a month off of the original schedule and allowed crew to spread out across the site to maintain social distancing. The new 53,000 SF net-zero ready campus is slated to open Fall 2021.
