San Pablo City Hall Reaches Completion

Overaa Construction recently achieved substantial completion on the City of San Pablo’s new 42,000 SF City Hall. Teamed with RMW Architecture, this design-build project consists of the design and construction of a two-story concrete tilt-up building on the 2.35 acre property that replaced the existing City Hall facilities. The new City Hall encompasses modernized council chambers, two spacious training/conference rooms, commercial kitchens, second floor private offices, open office spaces, and hub spaces. Site work included earthwork, utilities, asphalt paved parking lots, site concrete and landscaping.
