Portside Commerce Center Terminal 3 Industrial Building
The 202,371 SF manufacturing warehouse includes multi-level office spaces and mezzanine. The 691,000 SF project site area required ground improvement, new site improvement and underground utilities. The building is constructed with concrete tilt-up wall panels.
San Leandro High School New Gymnasium
Overaa is constructing a new state-of-the art gymnasium for the San Leandro Unified School District. The 55,000 square foot facility includes three courts and approximately 3,000 seats as well as academic and athletic support spaces. The work includes site improvements and demolition of an existing gymnasium on campus.
