Hayward High School Modernization

The Hayward High School Modernization project consists of 3 phases. Phase 1 was the renovations to the gymnasium. Phase 2 included interim housing, gym bleachers, and seismic strengthening. Phase 3 was the modernization of various buildings on the campus and HVAC upgrades.

San Leandro High School New Gymnasium

Overaa is constructing a new state-of-the art gymnasium for the San Leandro Unified School District. The 55,000 square foot facility includes three courts and approximately 3,000 seats as well as academic and athletic support spaces. The work includes site improvements and demolition of an existing gymnasium on campus.

CCCSD Pump Station Phase 2A

For our long time client, Central Contra Costa Sanitary District, we are installing two new 12.4 MGD sewage pumping stations and the associated equipment in Martinez, CA. The work includes heavy civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and controls, and the installation of new PG&E services, demolition and decommissioning of the existing pump stations.

Columbine Station Improvements

San Jose Water Company’s existing Columbine Station reservoir, constructed in 1963, needed to be upgraded to enable the storage of potable water. Overaa demolished the existing basin and all its appurtenances and provided two pre-stressed concrete tanks to provide a storage capacity of 5.5 million gallons each.

Manteca TCP Mitigation Project
