Kennedy High School Modernization

Project Details

Currently in preconstruction, this lease-leaseback project covers the transformation of the entire Kennedy High School campus in Richmond, CA.

Phase 1 includes demolition of the existing Classroom/Administration Building and the Arts & Crafts/Health Building and construction of the New Classroom/Administration (including Health and Wellness Clinic) and Student Center, as well as site work.

Phase 2 consists of the modernization of existing Library/Book Storage/Faculty Lounge, Science Classrooms, Career Technical Education programs, Gymnasium, and Multi Use Classrooms and Labs, as well as related site work.

Phase 3 includes removal of existing temporary facilities and construction of site improvements including athletic fields, play courts, parking, hardscape, landscaping, and related site work.
