College of Alameda’s New Center for Liberal Arts Breaks Ground!

Overaa Construction broke ground last week on the College of Alameda’s new Liberal Arts Building. The new building will provide a unified identity and home for the various Liberal Arts departments within an innovative and flexible learning environment. The 56,000 SF building will include smart classrooms and energy efficient design features, offices, humanities/arts laboratories, and flexible space learning. It is designed by Noll & Tam Architects to attain a minimum of LEED Silver certification.
