Overaa Construction was ranked #37 on ENR California’s Top Contractor list, jumping five placements since 2017. ENR’s annual California Top Contractors list is published annually, and ranks general contractors, both publicly and privately held, based on construction contracting-specific revenue. Overaa was also ranked as a top contractor in the following sectors:
#6 in Water Supply
#5 in Sewage/Solid Waste
#13 in Government/Public Buildings
