Scope of Work
VINE HILL:
Primary Playground Package:
Work includes survey, site preparation and grading; paving; utilities (storm only); site concrete; pavement markings/striping; landscaping.
Owner furnished, owner installed scope: salvage and reinstall of existing playground equipment; new playground equipment; new playground surfacing.
MPR, Associated Sitework, and TK Playground Package:
Work includes installation of one new 9,210 SF Modular Multi-Purpose Building and new TK Playground, along with requisite sitework including survey, site demolition, site preparation and grading, site utilities, rebar, concrete PPF, metal fabrications, railings, FRP, insulation, fiber cement siding, doors, frames, hardware, framing and drywall, acoustical ceilings, signage, specialties, folding table assemblies, site furnishings, play ground equipment – ball walls only, electrical/low voltage systems, fire alarm, asphalt, site concrete, pavement markings/striping, landscaping, bioretention, fence and gates, and path of travel.
BROOK KNOLL:
MPR, Associated Sitework Package:
Work includes installation of one new 6,990 SF Modular Multi-Purpose Building, along with requisite sitework including survey, site demolition, site preparation and grading, site utilities, rebar, concrete PPF, metal fabrications, FRP, insulation, fiber cement siding, doors, frames, hardware, framing and drywall, acoustical ceilings, signage, specialties, folding table assemblies, site furnishings, play ground equipment – ball walls only, electrical/low voltage systems, fire alarm, asphalt, site concrete, pavement markings/striping, landscaping, bioretention, fence and gates, and path of travel.
