Jason Toovey

As Chief Financial Officer, Jason is responsible for corporate services including finance and accounting, information technology, and risk management.  After 10 years in the industry and serving as Overaa’s Corporate Controller since 2022, Jason understands the nuances of our uniquely fast-paced industry and the collaborative nature of our work. He specializes in budget analysis and control, as well as forecasting. Jason is a Bay Area native, father of two and community volunteer. He embodies Overaa’s values of loyalty, humility, rock solid reliability, can-do attitude and a tradition of doing the right thing.
